Brian has enjoyed a lifetime in music. From his early days playing the piano to three years in the 4th Queen's Own Hussars military band in Germany playing clarinet and piano. After demob he started on the long hard road of a professional musician, from clubs to a residency in Bermuda with the Geraldo London Orchestra.
Later he became a bandleader for Mecca Dancing in Birmingham and a one time member of the famous John Barry Seven. In 1982 Brian played in Hamburg at Yamaha's annual worldwide competition, and in the same year he appeared on Hughie Green`s Opportunity Knocks, playing a Lowrey organ kindly loaned by Jerry Allen.
His career in music has also included a 12 year residency as Musical Director in Sutton Coldfield at `La Reserve` a restaurant and cabaret venue where many famous stars appeared. Brian was also asked to be a recording artiste for Grosvenor records, and MD for Roy Neal in the early days of the Caister festivals.
He continues to enjoy playing in concert and now uses a Yamaha Tyros 4 + pedals and Bose speaker system, audiences really enjoy his unique presentation and musicianship.
